  • SEO audit: name, email address, optional phone number and website address when you request a free audit. The data is stored in our content platform Sanity so that we can deliver and follow up the request.
  • Messages: the content of the messages you send to us.

We also collect technical information automatically:

  • Usage data: which pages you visit, how long you stay and which device you use. This is collected through analytics tools to improve the website.

Why do we collect data?

We use your data to:

  • Reply to enquiries and contact forms
  • Carry out and follow up a requested SEO audit
  • Book and hold meetings
  • Send relevant information about our services (only if you have given consent)
  • Improve the website's functionality and content

Legal basis: We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (to reply to enquiries and improve our service) or consent (for marketing).

Do we share data with anyone?

We never sell your data. We share data with third-party suppliers that help us run the business:

  • Hosting provider: to run the website

  • Sanity: to store submitted SEO audit leads

All suppliers are bound by agreements that ensure your data is handled in accordance with the GDPR.

When you request an SEO audit, only the website address is sent to DataForSEO. Name, email address and phone number are not shared with DataForSEO.
