SFM Entreprenad, a groundworks contractor in Sweden: the website we built, with a page for each service.

Who this is for

Local contractors with a crew, a service area and more capacity than the referrals fill: general contractors, remodelers, roofers, groundworks and excavation companies, deck builders and fence contractors. You do the jobs; we handle how homeowners find you, ask for an estimate and remember you next time. It is not built for national franchises with their own marketing departments, or for lead marketplaces that resell estimate requests.

Three jobs stand between you and a full schedule

Getting found, turning visits into estimate requests and staying in touch after the job. Growth takes all three, so the crews stay booked and you stay on site.

5
service pages, one each for groundworks, excavation, drainage, foundations and fiberSFM Entreprenad, Sweden
  1. Getting found

Most of your work comes from referrals. When a homeowner searches for your trade in your area, Google shows three companies in the map results first, and if you are not one of them, you are not in the running.

    • A custom website with a separate page for each service you offer
    • Local SEO and your Google Business Profile, so you can show up in the map results in your service area
    • Google and Meta ads aimed at the jobs you want more of, which we run and improve
    Handled by Solva
  2. Turning visits into estimate requests

One page lists every service, there are no project photos and the contact form is buried at the bottom. Someone who wants an estimate for a deck or a new roof can’t tell whether you do that kind of work.

    • Online booking for estimates and site visits that syncs with your Google Calendar
    • Photos and video from your jobs turned into posts, in an agreed amount each month
    • Automatic replies to DMs on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, in flows we agree on with you
    Handled by Solva
  3. Staying in touch after the job

A form filled in on Saturday gets an answer on Tuesday, and finished jobs never turn into Google reviews, because nobody remembers to ask.

    • Automatic Google review requests after a finished job
    • Newsletters and text messages for seasonal work and repeat customers
    Handled by Solva

A real contractor, honestly labeled

We don’t have a US client yet. This is a groundworks contractor in Sweden where we built the website and the SEO. They did not have the full Growth package, so there are no ad results to show.

Groundworks & construction

5
service pages, one per kind of work
3
languages: Swedish, English and German

The company had no website, and its jobs came through contacts and recommendations. We built the site from scratch with a separate page for each service (groundworks, excavation, drainage, foundations and fiber), quote requests and free site visits throughout the site, and a project gallery of completed work.

  • From no online presence to visibility on Google
  • More quote requests directly through the website
  • A separate entry point for each service area

What it looks like for a contractor

Examples of how we would set it up, not client work. Your proposal is based on your trade, your service area and the jobs you want more of.

Website structure

One page per service you want to be found for, each with the kind of projects you take on, photos of finished work and a button to request an estimate.

  • Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
  • Roof replacement and repair
  • Excavation and site prep
  • Drainage and foundations
  • A project gallery with finished jobs

Ad campaigns

Search ads for jobs where someone is ready to ask for an estimate, timed to the seasons when the work comes in.

  • Search: “roofing contractor near me”, “excavation contractor”
  • Seasonal: exterior work before spring, roof checks before winter
  • Meta: reminders to past customers and their neighbors

Deck builders and fence contractors

An example for outdoor trades. Homeowners compare materials and look at finished projects before they ask for a price, and most of the demand comes in spring and summer.

  • Pages per material and project type: composite and wood decks, vinyl, wood and chain-link fences
  • A project gallery sorted by material
  • Seasonal campaigns ahead of spring and summer
  • Estimate requests with photos of the yard

What’s included, and what isn’t

Everything below is written into your proposal before you sign.

Included in Growth

  • Custom website with one page per service
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile
  • Google and Meta ads, run and improved by us
  • Online booking for estimates and site visits, synced with Google Calendar
  • Social posts from your photos and video, in an agreed amount
  • DM replies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn in agreed flows
  • Newsletters, text messages and review requests
  • A report and a meeting every month, plus SSL, updates and monitoring

Not included

  • Ad spend: what you pay Google and Meta is separate from our fee
  • AI chatbot, AI phone assistant and sales pipeline (those are in our Expansion package)
  • Estimating, quoting or invoicing software
  • Unlimited content: the amount is set in your proposal

What we need from you

  • Photos and video from your jobs, before and after
  • Your list of services, your service area and which jobs you want more of
  • How many estimates and site visits you can take each week
  • Access to your Google Business Profile, or we set one up in your name

What it costs

We don’t publish one price, because the work depends on your services, your area and how much advertising you want. Your proposal specifies exactly what we deliver each month, your implementation fee, and any separate advertising or usage costs.

Monthly fee
A fixed monthly price for the work listed in your proposal. It does not mean unlimited ads or unlimited content.
Ad spend
What you pay Google and Meta for the ads is separate from our fee. The proposal says how much we recommend for your market.
Getting started
Whether setup costs extra, and how much. If it does, it is a one-time amount stated before you sign.
Content
How many posts, videos and newsletters we produce each month. The scope is set in the proposal.
What we need from you
Photos and video from your jobs, and when we need them.
Canceling
No long-term contract. You cancel with one month’s notice, and your domain, website, content, Google Business Profile and data stay in your name.

What we measure

More clicks are not the goal, and more leads don’t automatically mean more profit. Every month we report where estimate requests came from and what they cost, and you tell us which jobs turned into work worth more of.

  • Calls, form requests and booked site visits, by source
  • Cost per estimate request from ads
  • Searches and map views on Google
  • New Google reviews

Questions contractors ask us

What does a contractor marketing agency do?

It handles the work that gets a contractor found and contacted online: the website, local SEO and the Google Business Profile, paid ads on Google and Meta, and follow-up such as review requests. With Growth, all of that is one package with one contact.

How much does contractor marketing cost?

It depends on your trade, your service area and how much content and advertising you need, so we don’t publish one price. After a free review you get a written proposal with a fixed monthly fee. Ad spend is paid separately, and the proposal states any setup fee.

Do you work with deck builders and fence contractors?

Yes. Growth works the same way for them: a page per material and project type, a project gallery, local SEO and ads timed to the spring and summer season. We don’t have a deck or fence client to show yet, so the example above is how we would set it up, not a case study.

How soon will I see more estimate requests?

Ads can start sending traffic as soon as they go live. SEO builds more slowly, usually over several months. The proposal says what to expect for your trade and market.

Do I own my website and accounts?

Yes. The domain, the website, the content, your Google Business Profile and your data are in your name from the start, and they stay with you if you cancel.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. There is no minimum term, and you cancel with one month’s notice.

You’re based in Sweden. Can you work with a contractor in the US?

Yes. We work remotely and meet over video. Sweden is six to nine hours ahead of US time zones, so calls usually happen in your morning, and we reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
