Med spa marketing

Marketing for med spas: website, SEO and booking

People research a treatment for weeks before they book a consultation. They compare clinics, read reviews and look for someone they trust with their face. We build a site that answers their questions treatment by treatment, makes the consultation easy to book, and run the SEO and ads that bring them to it. One package, one contact, one invoice.

  • Fixed monthly price, in writing
  • You own the site and accounts
  • No long-term contract
  • Reply within 24 hours

Uppsala Spa, a day spa in Sweden: the website we built. It is not a medical spa.

Who this is for

Owners and medical directors of med spas and aesthetic clinics with one or a few locations who want more booked consultations from people nearby. Your providers do the treatments; we handle how people find you, book a consultation and come back for the next appointment. It is not built for national chains with their own marketing teams, or for clinics that want us to decide what can be said about a treatment.

Three jobs stand between you and a full schedule

Getting found by people researching a treatment, turning that research into a booked consultation, and bringing patients back for maintenance. Growth takes all three, so your providers can stay with the patients.

  1. Getting found

People search for the treatment they are thinking about, often months before they book, and the results are full of software blogs and chains.

    • A custom website, no template, with a page for each treatment you offer
    • Advanced SEO: technical, content and links, plus your Google Business Profile
    • Google and Meta ads that we run and improve
    Handled by Solva
  2. Turning research into consultations

A first-time patient has questions about pain, downtime and price. If the answers are hard to find, or the front desk is busy when they call, they book somewhere else.

    • Booking that syncs with Google Calendar, so consultations can be booked at any hour
    • Images, video and copy for your social media, in an agreed amount each month
    • Automatic DM replies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, in flows we agree on with you
    Handled by Solva
  3. Bringing patients back

Many treatments need a follow-up or maintenance appointment, and new patients decide based on reviews. Both get forgotten when the day is full.

    • Newsletters and text messages for follow-ups and maintenance
    • Automatic requests for Google reviews
    Handled by Solva

The treatments and the medical decisions

Your providers decide what is safe and right for each patient. We stay out of that.

One real spa, honestly labeled

We don’t have a med spa client yet, in the US or in Sweden. This is a day spa in Sweden where we built the website, an online store and local SEO. It offers spa and beauty treatments, not medical ones, and it did not have the full Growth package, so there are no ad results to show.

Uppsala Spa

Day spa & wellness

Uppsala Spa had an outdated website with no way to sell gift cards or products online, and low visibility on Google in a city with plenty of competing spas. We built a new site with warm tones, elegant typography and high-quality photos, an online store with a CMS connected to Stripe, and a local SEO strategy for spa and treatment searches in Uppsala.

  • Much greater visibility on Google for local keywords
  • More bookings directly through the website
  • A stronger online presence that matches the quality of the brand

What it looks like for a med spa

Examples of how we would set it up. Your proposal is based on your treatments, your area and what you want more of.

Website structure

One page per treatment, each answering what a first-time patient asks: who it is for, what happens at the appointment, downtime, and how to book a consultation. Your medical director approves the wording before it goes live.

  • Injectables
  • Laser hair removal
  • Skin treatments and facials
  • Body contouring
  • Consultation and pricing page

Ad campaigns

Search ads for people comparing clinics nearby, and Meta ads for people who already visited a treatment page. Ad copy follows the same approval as the website.

  • Search: “med spa near me”, “laser hair removal” plus your city
  • Meta: reminders to people who read a treatment page but did not book
  • Seasonal: treatments that patients plan ahead of summer or the holidays

Consultation booking

Patients choose a consultation and a time on the page they are reading, and get a confirmation right away. Medical questions go to your staff, not to an automated reply.

  • Consultation times that match your providers’ schedules
  • Confirmation by email and text message
  • Bookings in your Google Calendar

What’s included, and what isn’t

Everything below is written into your proposal before you sign.

Included in Growth

  • Custom website with one page per treatment
  • Advanced SEO and your Google Business Profile
  • Google and Meta ads, run and improved by us
  • Consultation booking that syncs with Google Calendar
  • Social posts from your photos and video, in an agreed amount
  • Automatic DM replies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn in agreed flows
  • Newsletters, text messages and automatic Google review requests
  • A report and a meeting every month

Not included

  • Ad spend: what you pay Google and Meta is separate from our fee
  • AI chatbot, AI voice assistant, sales pipeline and lead scoring (those are in our Expansion package)
  • Legal, regulatory or medical advice. We don’t review your marketing for HIPAA, FTC or FDA compliance; that stays with your medical director and your legal counsel
  • Replacing your practice management, EMR or patient records software
  • Unlimited content: the amount is set in your proposal

What we need from you

  • Your list of treatments, and which ones you want more consultations for
  • Approval from your medical director, or whoever you choose, of every treatment claim and before-and-after photo before it is published
  • Before-and-after photos only with the patient’s written consent, which your clinic collects and keeps
  • Photos and video of your clinic and your team
  • Opening hours and how many consultations you can take
  • Access to your Google Business Profile, or we set one up in your name

What it costs

We don’t publish one price, because the work depends on your services, your area and how much advertising you want. Your proposal specifies exactly what we deliver each month, your implementation fee, and any separate advertising or usage costs.

Monthly fee
A fixed monthly price for the work listed in your proposal. It does not mean unlimited ads or unlimited content.
Ad spend
What you pay Google and Meta for the ads is separate from our fee. The proposal says how much we recommend for your market.
Getting started
Whether setup costs extra, and how much. If it does, it is a one-time amount stated before you sign.
Content
How many posts, videos and newsletters we produce each month. The scope is set in the proposal.
What we need from you
Photos and video from your jobs, and when we need them.
Canceling
No long-term contract. You cancel with one month’s notice, and your domain, website, content, Google Business Profile and data stay in your name.

What we measure

More clicks are not the goal, and more enquiries don’t automatically mean more patients. Every month we report where booked consultations came from and what they cost, and you tell us which treatments are worth more of. Reports show sources and counts, not patient details.

  • Calls, form requests and booked consultations, by source
  • Cost per booked consultation from ads
  • Searches and map views on Google
  • New Google reviews

Questions med spa owners ask us

How do you market a med spa?

Start with the research people already do. That means a page for each treatment that answers the questions a first-time patient has, a complete Google Business Profile with recent reviews, and search ads for people comparing clinics near them. Make the consultation easy to book from every page, then keep in touch for follow-ups and maintenance appointments.

How much does med spa marketing cost?

It depends on how many treatments and locations you have and how much advertising you want, so we don’t publish one price. After a free review you get a written proposal with a fixed monthly fee for the listed work. Ad spend is paid separately, and the proposal states any setup fee.

Who approves what you say about treatments and before-and-after photos?

You do. Every treatment claim, every before-and-after photo and every ad is approved by your medical director, or whoever you choose, before it is published. Before-and-after photos are only used with the patient’s written consent, which your clinic collects. We write and design; we don’t give legal or medical advice, and we don’t review your marketing for regulatory compliance.

Do I own the website and the accounts?

Yes. The domain, the website, the content, your Google Business Profile and your data are in your name from the start, and they stay with you if you cancel.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. There is no minimum term, and you cancel with one month’s notice.

You’re based in Sweden. Can you work with a med spa in the US?

Yes. We work remotely and meet over video. Sweden is six to nine hours ahead of US time zones, so calls usually happen in your morning, and we reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
